I. PURPOSE
This document will explain to you, the "Customer", proper access of the online store, purchase of merchandise, and use of merchandise. If you are not in agreement with the following Terms, please realize that is not responsible for any problems that may result. By continuing to use 's site, you are in agreement with these Terms and are bound to follow the given instructions.

II. PRIVACY POLICY
will NOT share any Customer's personal information or correspondence with any Third Party nor with other Customers unless requested to do so by said Customer. Customer Profiles and Addresses are kept private and are used only for Billing, Shipping, or statistical purposes by . Any Product Comments submitted by Customers may or may not be displayed on the site, so include only as much information as you want made public. Private Comments should be sent via the "Contact Us" web form. utilizes the services of "PayPal™" as a payment gateway and United Parcel Service ("UPS™") as a shipping provider; thus, Customers are bound to their respective Privacy Policies.

III. PROPER USE OF MERCHANDISE AND SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

WARNING: PRODUCTS ARE NOT TOYS. KEEP AWAY FROM SMALL CHILDREN!

puppets contain contact cement and hot glue. Avoid prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures. High heat can melt the hot glue and can also cause the contact cement to separate. Low temperatures can cause the hot glue to not adhere. Hair, ears, eyeliner, tongue and other features may have been attached using hot glue. If the aforementioned items come loose, they may present a CHOKING HAZARD, and we are not responsible for your lack of care.

UNDER NORMAL USE, THE PUPPET SHOULD NOT COME APART.

"Pig Stix", our style of Arm Rods must also be used with care. They are intended solely for the purpose of articulating a puppet's limbs. We are not responsible for anything that results from misuse.

IV. PRODUCT COPYRIGHT
uses its own Patterns to create high-quality Puppets for performance purposes. Any attempt to replicate our Puppets or designs violate our Copyright unless given permission. would love to inspire other Puppet makers and artists, but please ask. If a Customer purchases and reverse engineers any Product without permission, he/she is breaking the law.

V. GENERAL ONLINE SHOPPING GUIDELINES
's catalog will help you find a Puppet that you like. If you would prefer a Custom design or a Puppet that is no longer available, please use our "Custom" order form (and not the "Contact Us" form). does not guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. It may also take time to honor your request. Custom Puppets may also cost more than those in the Catalog. If you would like an Estimate on cost, please make a note of that in the "Custom" form.

's Inventory on a Product may be low due to our desire to make one-of-a-kind Puppets. So, if you try to add multiples of the same Product to your "Shoppin' Wagon", the quantity may be capped at the number of that Product in our Inventory.

's Shoppin' Wagon will display the Products that you might like to purchase and the SubTotal of those Products' prices. The SubTotal does NOT include Discounts, Shipping, nor Sales Tax (IL residents only) costs. This is done at Checkout.

VI. REGISTRATION
Customers may Register for an account prior to or during Checkout. Any personal information that you provide us during this process is, again, kept private. Please be sure to provide us with accurate, up-to-date details or any of your orders may be at risk. Also, choose a complex but memorable password. is not responsible if you fail to do so. This information can be updated through the "My Account" link in the side panel. Multiple addresses can also be saved with your Account. If you are a Registered User, you must LOG IN to access your Account or prefill your Checkout pages. Your LOG IN details will also be sent to you via E-mail.

VII. CHECKOUT
When you have selected your Products, proceed to Checkout from the Wagon page or the side panel. Proceed through these steps and heed the guidelines included:

A. REGISTER / BILLING ADDRESS
If you have not registered yet, you must do so at this step. The address that you provide is the Billing Address. If you have Logged In, simply select the Billing Address from your stored addresses or enter a new one. If there is a question or issue with the transaction, the Billing Address is where you may be contacted.

B. SHIPPING
As in the last step, you may select a stored Address or enter a new one. Most likely, it's the same as the Billing Address. Next, choose between standard UPS™ Ground and UPS™ 3-Day Select as your Shipping Method.

uses UPS™ for its standard Shipping needs. As such, you are bound by their Terms of Service and Policies as well. Shipping fees do not necessarily solely represent UPS™ rates and include handling charges levied by . UPS™, the UPS™ brand mark, and the Color Brown are trademarks of United Parcel Service of America, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

If you do not meet the requirements for Standard or Express Shipping, you will be prompted to use Custom Shipping. Clicking on the Get a Shipping Quote link on the Shipping page will bring up a form that will be sent to . After receives this request, we will find the best Shipping Method available and send you an estimate with a Shipping Code. If you accept the estimate and checkout again, you will select the address on the estimate, select Custom Shipping, and enter the code. You MUST have the same exact items in your Shoppin' Wagon as on the estimate for the Code to work. Also, Shipping Codes expire 7 days after the estimate is sent.

C. CONFIRMATION
On the Confirmation page, your entire order and complete listing of charges is presented. Please ensure that everything is correct and go back to fix any errors prior to clicking "Confirm".

Any Discount Codes MUST be entered at this stage. Otherwise, you cannot receive your Discount.

Since is based in Cook County, Illinois, residents of Illinois must pay appropriate Sales Tax. If either your chosen Billing or Shipping Address are located in Illinois, this fee will be included in your Total.

D. PAYMENT USING PayPal™
After you have confirmed the order, you will be redirected to PayPal™'s secure payment gateway along with the details of the order. On the first page, either log on with your PayPal™ account credentials or choose the link under "Don't have a PayPal™ account?" to enter credit card information. Next, confirm the Payment to 's PayPal™ account. Note that the total amounts of orders may differ by a few cents. After that, you can return to .

You will receive two receipts via E-mail: one from PayPal™ and one from . Two bits of information in these e-mails are very valuable. The PayPal™ Transaction ID will be your way to track Payment of the order at PayPal™ itself. The Order Reference ID will be how you can find your order's details later or refer to the order in correspondence with us.

E. FOLLOW UP ON ORDERS
To check on any current or past orders, access the "My Account" link in the side panel and select an order to view. Here you will find all of the pertinent information such as Status, PayPal™ Transaction ID, possible Tracking Number, and more. See "Problems with Your Order" if there is a problem.

VIII. MORE ON SHIPPING
Puppets are shipped two to a box and wrapped in plastic. Each Puppet comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and Safety Instructions.

will ship your order using UPS™ within a few days of payment. An E-mail Notice will be sent when your order is on its way. If a UPS™ Tracking Number is available, this will be shown in your order details. This can be used on the UPS™ website to track the shipment. Refer to UPS™ for more details on its services.

IX. PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER

A. Product Questions or Concerns
If you have Product Questions or Concerns, please contact directly via the "Contact Us" form or by replying to an order-related e-mail.

B. Returns
Please contact directly via the "Contact Us" form or by replying to an order-related e-mail. will make sure the Customer is satisfied. Please do so as soon as possible and within 15 days.

C. Transaction Problems
Please try to work with PayPal™ to resolve the issue before contacting . PayPal™, not us, handles transactions.

D. Shipment Problems
Please try to work with UPS™ to resolve the issue AND let know. IF NOT, may be able to help track the Shipment.

E. Website Issues
Please contact directly via the "Contact Us" form only.
